JP Technology Initiatives Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the VR World Tour application (“App”), a virtual reality experience available on the Meta Horizon Store for Meta Quest devices. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling any personal data responsibly.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from you when you use the App, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We design the App to minimize data collection and respect user privacy. Depending on your use and device permissions, we may collect or process the following:

If the App uses Meta’s platform services (e.g., for saving favorites, multiplayer elements, or achievements), we may receive limited information from Meta such as your Meta user ID, username, or avatar details as permitted by the Meta Platform APIs and your privacy settings.
• No Account Creation Required: The App does not require you to create an account with us or provide personal details like name, email, or payment information.
• No Other Personal Data: We do not collect sensitive information such as precise location data (beyond what Meta provides for VR tracking), audio/video recordings, biometric data, health data, or any other personally identifiable information unless explicitly granted via device permissions and necessary for core functionality (e.g., microphone for optional voice chat, if implemented).
We do not collect data for advertising or sell your data to third parties.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:
• To operate, maintain, and improve the App (e.g., fixing bugs, optimizing performance).
• To provide core features (e.g., loading tours, rendering VR environments).

6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
